AVIs are always linked, never embedded. So you don't have an embedded AVI.
You might see if Steve's Fix Links or Fix Links Pro will help you figure out at least the name of the AVI -- and maybe where it actually is in the presentation.

Another option is to move the presentation to a different folder or drive -- or better yet, another computer -- and then run the presentation in slide show view. You should at some point see an error that the presentation cannot find whatever AVI file it's looking for. Then you'd at least have the name of the AVI. But you'd still have to go looking for it in your file, I think.
Maybe one of the VBA coders will have ideas on how to find an AVI file in your presentation if Fix Links doesn't work for you.
