embedded .wav file stops part way

We have a problem with an embedded .wav file that stops part way
through but only on a couple of computers (including the one that the
slideshow will mainly be run from win XP with Office 2003).

Has anyone any suggestions as to why this could be happening? Any help
greatly appreciated.
