Embedded Word table objects change size in PowerPoint 2003 when running a macro

Hi there:
I finally received a sort of a reply from the people in Rio (a.k.a.
'cariocas') - they sent me the word file with the table that was embedded in
the PPT file that bunges. I've opened this file in Word 2000 and 2003 on my
PC and opens OK.
Can you think of what else I can check with this file?
Regarding the versions, drivers, etc., they use, I am still waiting for
their reply.

But the problem isn't with the Word file per se, but with a table from it
embedded in PowerPoint, is that correct?

So opening the Word file won't tell you much. But what happens if you embed it
into PPT yourself? Can you reproduce the problem you're seeing with the files
you receive from others?
