embedding audio and burning onto cd

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) I created a power point presentation on PP 2008. I embedded two audio files (in mp3 format). When I burned the presentation onto a cd and tried to play it the audio was not playing....

Hi,

You should use File > Save As and then switch the format to PowerPoint
Package. That creates a folder that contains a copy of the presentation,
copies of all linked media (at least media that's not Rights Protected),
and makes new links to all the media.

Then you put the entire folder onto the CD, flash drive, or whatever.

Make sure PowerPoint is up to date before you make the package (Help >
Check for Updates).
