Embedding flash movie in power point and save it as web page

Does PowerPoint 2003 supports flash movie to be played when saved as web page
from server to be viewed at different machines.

But then the flash file goes missing. Those PowerPoint to Flash applications
convert the slide show but any embedded flash loses it's interactivity

Most of them support inserting Flash movies into the converted output.
Articulate Presenter and Breeze support insertion of Flash movies/live web
