Embedding YouTube Files

I have Outlook 2000 and would like to know if/how I can embed a video file
from YouTube. I am also having problems embedding video files that are
already on my computer. Can someone offer some help or a suggestion?

What good would that do? Your recipients won't see it play inside the
e-mail. They'll have to watch it inside a web browser. So just provide
them with the URL link to the Youtube page.

Create it in an HTML browser - note that many recipients won't see it email
and will need to open it in a browser, so a link to the file on youtube
would be better.
