hi is there any way to protect my workbook agianst illegal usage for example
if you use it more than 10 times some thing should happen

Is this "workbook" a web application? More information is required.

If it is an Excel workbook, then I suggest you repost in a forum or
newsgroup that deals with Excel - this newsgroup is for FrontPage.

???? Try the excel group? This group is for Web Design, not spreadsheets.
