EMF in Word wrong size, but correct size in InDesign & CorelDraw?

I exported a 2" x 2" EMF and saved it to the clipboard. When I paste it in
Adobe InDesign and CorelDraw, it is 2" x 2" exactly. When I paste it in Word
2003, it is 2.26" x 2.11".

I also have the ability to save the 2x2 EMF and Insert from File, but it
still ends up the wrong size.

I am on Windows XP SP 1, running Office Professional Edition 2003.

Please help.

p.s. I do technical support for our software company and I learned of this
from 3 of our customers who are all experiencing the same problem with
pasting EMFs into Word, but having them come out correctly in CorelDraw.

Hi Andrea,

What program did you use to create the EMF and
How did you export it?

If the pixel per inch value stored in the EMF is other
than 96 or 100 PPI sometimes this will happen.
