You don't, as far as I can tell. Those are Outlook Express or Windows Mail
messages.

Hal Hostetler [MVP P/I]

Both Outlook Express and Windows Mail are the default programs associated
with .EML files. In as much as an .EML file is nothing more than a text
file, you can open them in any text editor. As to an add-in, none that I'm
aware of.
