.eml files in outlook express

My Outlook Express is removing what it calls unsafe
attachments. The attachments are .eml files. I am sure
they are safe as they come from close associates. How can
I change it to allow these attachments to be opened? I
use XP Pro and the newest versions of OEE and IE

Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> option Do not allow attachments...

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
