I have a bunch of EML files saved from OE and I like to import them to OL.
How can I do that?

I would first pull them back into OE and then import them
into Outlook. In Outlook, select File-->Import/Export.
Select Import Internet Mail and Addresses. As far as OE
is concerned, you could copy the OE dbx files from your
existing OE to the new OE then run the import.
