Sounds like you downloaded something like Comet cursors (are they still
around?). Uninstall whatever you installed by using Add/Remove programs in
your control panel.

Yes, I downloaded it. I did add/remove program and rebooted. But it is
still on my curser. Help

This is not a Microsoft Office issue. Try googling for the information to
uninstall it.

If it was actually Comet Cursors, it deliberately makes itself hard to
remove -- more like a virus than a regular program. See
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=comet+cursor+remove (but avoid the
advertisements, as some of these "cures" are worse than the disease -- stick
to the legitimate sites, such as www.pctoday.com).
