Employee Cards

I've created a form in excell to be used to create
employee time cards. The card stock is already
preprinted. What I want to do is to print the employees
name and SS# on each individual time card. I know how to
do a mass mailing in WORD by inserting fields. Can I do
the same type of think in EXCEL, and if so, how???
