Employee Suggestion Box

Any good ideas on how to implement an Employee Suggestion Box using an
office product, or is there a good product already available? I need
web or word input forms, categories, tracking, secure approvals,
rewards program, accounting, and ROI reports. Maybe someone has
templates for an office product.

whoa...you'll need some 3rd party or you'll have to make your own..

a good basis might be the SharePoint Server/InfoPath pair...
