empty files in the deleted folder upon exit

So I am using Outlook in the Public Beta of MS Office 2010, but WHERE is that
option for "Emptying files in the deleted folder upon exit"?

I am so used to it. Please help!

Took me a while to find it also but it doesn't work for me. No matter how I
check the box I get asked if I want to Empty the folder on Exit when I close
outlook. Using x64 version on Win 7 x64.
