Empty "Junk E-mail" Folder

I was after a keybord shortcut or toolbar shortcut for emptying the Junk
E-mail folder similar to the Empty Deleted Folder. Is there One?

I have tried searching serveral sites but can not find one.

Alternatively cane the Junk filter be directed to use another folder?

If you're using 2003, right-click on Junk Email and choose "Empty". Is that
short enough?
