According to the Help for Entourage, there should have been a "Empty Junk E-mail Folder" command in the "Run Schedule" section of the Tools Menu. There wasn't one, so I created a new schedule with that name. The command is now there in the "Run Schedule" section, but it doesn't do anything. What can I do?

If you open the Junk Mail Filter under Tools in the Menu bar, you can ˆ to
delete after xx days.

Personally, after I check for good mail, I select all and nuke the messages.
I have selected to delete after deleting from this computer under the
Options tab too. I don't want spam around for longer than necessary.

Nuke Messages: Bypasses the Deleted Items folder and they are GONE! Can not
be retrieved.
