"Empty Junk Folder" option suddenly disappeared!

Outlook 2003, SP2. I moved the location of the pst file by using the Mail
Applet in Control Panel. All is working OK except I appear to have lost the
"Empty Junk Mail Folder" option when right-clicking on the Junk Mail Folder
in the Folder list - is there a way of restoring this?

I just deleted it, restarted Outlook, and although the Junk Email folder
that has been re-created has an ordinary folder icon, the "empty" function
has returned.....
