Emptying MSN Junk Folder thru Outlook 2003

I noticed that when I manually empty the MSN Junk Folder all the deleted mail shows back up inside the folder between 1 to 2 hrs after I emptied the folder. I would have to open IE and go to my MSN mail account and empty the folder there. I can't do it thru Outlook 2003.
