Enable a prompt for Profile to be used when starting Outlook 2003

I have set up an alternative User Profile within Outlook 2003 and would like
to select the one I use when Outlook is started. I have followed the help
option and selected Control Panel>Mail>E-mail Accounts, where I should be
able to select either 'Always use this profile' (i.e. Defaut) or 'Prompt for
a profile to be used'.

These options are not displayed, any advise on where to find gratefully
accepted.

Thanks for this, but this is but Show Profiles displays 'Outlook' only and
when restarted the only choice is Outlook. In Outlook 2000 I can, at startup
of Outlook, choose between e-Mail (User) profile a, b or c. This uses the
same outlook profile but allows different options such as email address.

From your description, it sounds like you have not actually created a second
Outlook mail profile yet or your attempt to create one earlier didn't
actually result in a saved profile. You can create a new profile on the Show
Profiles dialog.
