I am downloading large files containing many different languages. Text looks
fine in Notepad, but some of the text is garbled when I open the file in
either 2007 Excel or Access. The results are tranferred to Word after
sorting and they are still garbled. I tried saving the file in text format
in Word (2007) and then choosing the approp. encoding when prompted (in this
case UTF-8) but text still does not come up in the approp. language font.
Any ideas?
