Enable macro with own certificate on other clients

We've coded a macro that's supposed to be sending the selected mail to us and
immediately delete it. I've made a certificate with SelfCert.exe and i've
signed the macro with it. What is, at this moment, the easiest solution to
get that macro working on other pc's?
