We have enabled PKI on our development project server:
'Require client certificates' on ProjectServer web-site.
This works well for web-access.
However, the Project Professional 2003 client gets the error below when
attempting to connect to the same web address:

Project Server Error
The server returned an error while processing your request. The error
could be caused by one of the following:
* The URL specified is not valid or is not a Project Server.
* Internet Explorer is set to Work Offline
* The server could not process your request.
* An internal server error occurred.
Contact your server administrator.
"
Any help is appreciated.
