Enable RSS in Outlook 2007

I just installed Outlook 2007. When I go to Tools-Account Settings, I do not
see the RSS tab. I see the RSS folder in my Outlook folders, but no way to
add feeds.

Are you on a network? If so, did the admin disable RSS?
