The Pages collection is zero-based, so the first page is Pages(0), the
second is Pages(1), etc. Note that the Enabled property of a tab control
page does not prevent the user from selecting that tab, it simply disables
all controls on that tab. If you want to prevent the use from selecting the
tab at all, you may need to hide it by setting the Visible property instead.
