hi all,

office 2003 sp1, xp pro sp2

i want to enable those 'L' shaped markers that appear on the page in the
Page Layout view. i can make them appear by Tools -> Options -> View and
ticking the Text boundaries option but doing this also brings up the dotted
lines boundaries around the perimeters, which I do not want. i just want the
'L' markers to appear around the four corners of the page on display in the
Page Layout view.

appreciate help and advise. thank you.

AFAIK, they are without individual control. The Ls are actually an extension
of the margin boundary guides.

Hi Jes,

In Start=>Programs=>Microsoft Office=>Microsoft Office Tools use the Language settings tools to enable an Asian or right to left
language. That will show the crop marks on the corner of Print Layout view pages, but it will also add additional data to styles,
options and layout tabs in Word.
