Enabling menu item.

Enabling menu items

I have disabled the customize tool item and now I do not have any other way
or option of enabling/adding items in my menu bars/submenus. I also have
disable the allow menu bar changes in the startup menu. Please help me so
that I can go back and put these items back onto my drop down menus.

Hold shift while you open the file. That bypasses all of the settings in
Startup.
