enabling Office 2000 and XP to read Documnets created by Office 20

Is there a download available to make the Prior versions of Office compatible
with Office 2007. I have an office that doesn't want to upgrade from Office
XP at this time. If a 2007 document is opened by Office XP...the only thing
displayed is machine language.

myself, but I guess the wording was not exact enough for the search to prove
