For troubleshooting purpose I have enabled OL logging for several users.
Here is what I found.
1. Online mode: logging generates etl files and opmlog.log. But opmlog.log
only has following lines. No additional entries.
2008.11.12 16:42:07 <<<< Logging Started (level is LTF_TRACE) >>>>
2008.11.12 16:42:07 Resource manager terminated
2. Cache mode: logging generates etl files and opmlog.log. The opmlog.log
has logged each sync - download and upload with the mail object name.
I'm wondering why the online mode doesn't log anything in the opmlog.log.
Is this log only used for cache mode? How can I view the etl files. Any
other tools can be used to monitor or log Outlook activities?
