End of Worksheet

Hello.

I have a worksheet that when I press ctrl & end it takes me to a cell way
below where there is any data. What can I do so that ctrl & end takes me to
where the data truly ends?

for resetting the used range

Delete unused rows / columns, save the sheet, close it and reopen it. This
will reset Excel's memory of the used range on the sheet.
