End-User Agreement Pops Up in Office 2003

Hello, I had to reinstall Office 2003 on a system after a Vista install
crashed Outlook Express.

After going through the activation process, each time I start Outlook 2003,
Word or Excel, I get a Pop-up saying that I have to accept the End-User
Agreement. I click YES or Agree and it disappears, but U get the pop up the
next time I launch a program. How do I make that go away?

Make sure you have Window Genuine Advantage update. Once installed if you
open any office app. it will go through the validating check, asuming you are
connected to the internet. This should only happen once but you have to be
connected.
