End User Licence Agreement

Hi All,

Has anyone had this issue before?

I have two users that have to accept the EULA for MS Word or MS Excel every
day. The first time they open that program for the day, up comes the EULA
which they must accept. I understand that this usually happens the first time
they open the program when they first logon, but for it to happen every day
after that?!

They have Office 2003 Small Business Edition and are running it on Windows
XP SP2.

Please any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
