End User Licence pop up

I've just installed Office XP and keep getting the End
User pop ups every time I open a programme. When I open
Outlook and accept the End User licence It opens Word
also with an End User licence pop up. When this is
agreed and I close Word everything works ok.

I have registered the product.

Any help most gratefully received.

Log in as THE administrator and accept the agreement.
