end user license agreement appears every time I switch on

I recently reloaded my Office Professional 2003 suite on a replacement
laptop. The entire suite works perfectly except that every time I select one
of the modules to work with the end-user licence agreement appears and has to
be checked before I can continue.Is there a way of eradicating this problem?
