End User License Agreement with vista

I am running Windows Vista Home Basic, and have installed and activated
Office 2003 Professional. Everytime I open an Office application it asks me
to accept the EULA.

Is there a solution to this problem?

You must accept the Office End User License Agreement every time that you start
an Office program
