Endnote 5.0 to open in Word2003 tools?

Can i get Endnote 5.0 to open in Word2003 tools? How? I installed word2003
then reinstalled endnote 5.0, but it does not show up in the tools dropdown
menu. It's previously been an automatic download into word - how do i
install it?
