1. Select Normal from the View menu.

2. Select Footnotes from the View menu.

3. You'll see your end notes, and a drop down showing 'All Endnotes'. Select
Endnote separator from this dropdown.

But this won't keep it from consuming space, which presumably the OP wants
to get rid of. Usually you want to have a heading that says "Notes" or
"Endnotes" and have the notes begin immediately beneath it. It is a mystery
to me why Word's designers thought that anyone would want an Endnotes
Separator, much less an Endnotes Continuation Separator, though I guess I
could see a use for the former if endnotes are placed below text at the end
of each chapter.
