endnotes security error

When attempting to use endnotes, an error is generated saying the macro is
not enable. I checked all the settings and it appears right. What am I
missing?

Do you mean the third-party bibliographic program EndNote?
What version of EndNote?
What version of Word?
And what is the exact text of the error message?
