EndNotes

I need to add endNotes to my document. I want to endnote number to appear
next to the quotation, but the source of the quotation not to appear on the
page but at the end of the chapter. Is that possible? If not, how do I add
a footnote number without it appearing at the bottom of the page?

Yes it is possible. Insert>Reference>Footnote. The Footnote and Endnote
dialog box appears. Choose Endnotes.
