Energy Policy Act of 2005 and Project Server

Please answer Project Server 2003 and 2007 are compatible with the Energy
Policy Act of 2005 ?

Will all calendars and other time and data sensitive components of Project
Server be affected by this earlier changing in daylight saving time?

From here it seems all things are OK, but ....

You will need to apply the OS update as well as the SharePoint update if
you're using Documents, Risks and Issues.
