Enforce specific password complexity in user-level security

I've been reading posts about passwords and user-level security and I think I
have a pretty good sense of how it works. I've run the wizard and it seems
to be just what I need. However, there's one thing lacking in the posts: is
it possible, using the built-in tools, to specify password complexity? If so,
I haven't found it.

If not, and I build my own system to request and evaluate passwords of
specificic complexity based on VBA that runs during startup, am I correct in
assuming that the data could be pulled out of the "protected" DB simply by
creating a new DB and then using file > get external data > import to copy
tables from the "protected" DB to the new one?

Access' workgroup security is on its way out. A2007 accdb doesn't
support it anymore. You might want to consider a security system based
on Active Directory. Of course Windows Server already has supported
password complexity for many years.
