engine has already been initialized problem(Vista)

I got a VS2005 App as front end and an Access2000 database as back end.



This works fine for several hundreds of world wide users with W2K or XP OS.

But now one of the users got a VISTA OS, and he reports this error,

first time after he installed and started up of the program:

"The Microsoft Access database engine has already been initialized"



I don't know if this is a VISTA issue, just assuming.

Any help are more than welcome
