English spellchecker does not work in Outlook 97 (swedish version)

Hello everyone !
I need help, English spellchecking does not work in my Outlook 97. It is
Swedish version of Office 97 and when I write in Swedish the spellchecking is
working. In Word 97 both are working. I have try lots of different
alternative in Outlook under Tools-Options-spellchecking but have run out of
ideas. Can someone help me where I need to look? Running Windows 7 64-bit

Outlook 97 on Windows 7? Don't expect anything to work as it should.
