Enhance Arc Tool

It would be nice to have an additional feature incorporated into the Arc
Tool, similar to the feature provided with the Ellipse tool. With the
Ellipse Tool, pressing the shift key constrains the shape to be circular.
There is no such feature with the Arc Tool. Consequently, arc's less than
1/4 of a circle become more elliptical rather than circular. It would be
nice to be able to constrain the shape at times.

I don't know, I am not keen on those things. Also in Autocad my arcs are
jumping all over the place.
There are also the Drawing Tool Shapes.
Help says : "To draw an arc that looks like part of a circle, click the
Pencil tool .

Don't know about Autocad, but, yes, you can use the pencil tool, bring up the
inflection point and eccentricity handles and modify the arc to your heart's
discontent (misquote deliberate). You can also go into the shapesheet and do
the same thing. But, that's not the point. The request is to have a quick,
simple placement of a "circular" arc as you put it on the drawing...no
noodling, no nudging.

Thanks. Hope the discussion encourages others to vote.
