Enlarge box with name

I am using PP 2003
I am creating an organization chart. The name and title of one person does
not fit in the box that came up with the chart. I do not want to shrink the
name and title, but I can not seem to enlarge the box. I selected the box
and double clicked on it, went to the text tab in the "autoformat" box.
There is a check box - "resize autoshap to fit text" , but this is grayed out
and I can not select it. Can anyone help me. I am in a hurry.

On the Org Chart toolbar, click on Layout, Autolayout to turn off the
autolayout feature. You should now be able to resize this individual box to
be larger. Click on the outside edge of the box and drag the handles to make
it larger.
