Enlarging Toolbar Icons When In High Resolution

Hi all,

I've gotten a new LCD monitor whose native resolution is 1680x1050 and now
my toolbar icons and menu items are all in pretty small sizes. I know to
view my documents at 200% which makes everything look very clear in a
document, but not in the toolbar. Any ideas on how to improve this
situation?

Any input would be much appreciated!
