Ensure no reply confirmation for email flagged as junk?

Each time I empty my Junk Mail folder on MS Outlook 2003, I got
prompted by a dialog box asking whether I want to acknoledge reception
for some spam mail. This a bad behavior of Outlook, how do I disable
reply confirmation prompt for junk emails?
