Enter CORRECT password - file does not load

Hello,
I have a file with a password. Now, when I enter the password, the file
does not load. No messages about incorrect password and such. Anybody have
a similar problem? Any suggestions?

Turn off the caps lock????

There are commercial password breakers that will break the File|SaveAs password.
