enter list values into combo box

How do I get items into the combo box control? I have no problem getting list
items into a list control programmatically, but I want to know how I can type
each item into a combo box so that the combo box retains the entered items. I
am using VB 6.3 ~thanks

Set the combo box's LimitToList property to Yes, and put code in its
NotInList event.

Then perhaps you should ask the question in a Visual Basic newsgroup,
rather than an Access newsgroup... or am I misinterpreting?
