Enter Network Password Box- Annoying!

Hi, I am using Outlook 2002 on Win xp and keep getting
the box appearing "Enter Network Password" even though my
e-mail username and password are saved and appear in the
box, it keep appearing every few minutes and I have to
clic OK everytime. Does anyone know how to prevent this
happending? Thanks in advance,

That is not the problem. That checkbox -IS- checked - but its a
random prompt. Simply clicking OK will get the mail retrieval working
again (sometimes). Othertimes, just letting it sit for a few moments
is necessary before hitting OK. Or, continuously clicking OK until
the process works.

The password is correctly saved, it just for some reason can't connect
to the mail server so it reprompts for the uname/password.

People are providing the easy fix responses to this issue; that don't
work and are incorrect resolutions - its a big problem.
